2. Estimates are not offers
Prices, availability, auction timing and cost estimates displayed on this website are informational and can change at any time. An estimate is not a guaranteed price, quotation, or contractual offer. Binding figures appear only in written confirmations.
3. Auctions
Auction purchases depend on live bidding. ZML Motors does not guarantee that any bid will win, that a listed vehicle remains available, or that condition descriptions provided by auctions are complete. ZML Motors is not affiliated with Copart, IAA or any auction house.
4. Consignment
Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee approval or sale. Approval decisions rest solely with ZML Motors. A commission may apply after a successful sale, with final terms agreed in writing before listing.
5. VIN information and shipping updates
VIN results reflect only what listed sources return and are not complete history reports. ZML Motors can provide available shipping and booking information directly to customers when supplied by the shipping provider; no live tracking, live maps or automated shipping updates are offered.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false information, spam, unlawful content, or content you lack rights to; not to misuse forms; and not to attempt to disrupt the website.
7. Liability
