How do I buy a vehicle from a USA auction through ZML Motors?
Tell us your budget and vehicle type on WhatsApp or a request form. We shortlist auction candidates with itemised cost estimates, you approve a maximum budget in writing, and we bid on your behalf. If the bid wins, we handle payment logistics, transport and shipping, and share every reference with you.
Are auction prices and estimates guaranteed?
No. Auction prices, availability, condition, fees and timing can change at any moment. Every figure shared before purchase is an estimate. Final costs are confirmed in writing after the vehicle is actually won and invoiced.
Is ZML Motors affiliated with Copart or IAA?
No. ZML Motors is an independent sourcing service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Copart, IAA or any auction house.
Can I order a new Chinese vehicle?
Yes. We source new and lightly used vehicles locally in China, including electric models, on an available-by-order basis. Specification, colour, availability and delivery time are confirmed individually before any order.
Is the VIN check a complete vehicle-history report?
No. The free VIN tool decodes build information (make, model, year, engine, plant) from the official NHTSA vPIC source. It is not automatically a complete accident, title, ownership, theft, insurance, odometer or auction-history report. We can point you to legitimate additional checks for your case.
How do I get updates about my vehicle shipment?
ZML Motors can provide available shipping and booking information directly to customers when supplied by the shipping provider. Update frequency depends on the shipping line, the freight forwarder and data availability — we do not offer live container tracking, live maps or automated shipping updates.
Does submitting my car mean it will be listed for sale?
No. Every submission enters an Under review state first. Only an authorised ZML Motors administrator can approve a vehicle. Approved vehicles appear in Cars in Afghanistan with the ZML Approved badge.
What does consignment cost me?
Submitting a car is free. If — and only if — your car sells successfully, ZML Motors may charge a small commission. Final terms are confirmed separately in writing before listing.
How do payments work?
This website takes no online payments. Payment steps, amounts and methods are agreed individually and documented in writing before any transfer. Be cautious of anyone requesting payment outside a written agreement.
Which countries and languages do you serve?
We serve customers in Afghanistan, the United States, the UAE and China, and communicate in English, Dari and Pashto.
